About Us

Welcome to Asbury High School!

Welcome to Asbury High School! Our school has approximately 525 students. We are located in a tight knit rural community that supports our school tremendously. We encourage parents to visit and volunteer their time.

We offer standard and advanced placement (AP) classes. Students have the chance to earn college credit at Northeast Alabama Community College and Snead State Community College with Dual Enrollment classes. A portion of our students attend Marshall Technical School to learn skills in many career areas. Our goal is to graduate students who are college and/or career ready.

For the first time in school history Asbury had a team qualify for a state FFA contest.  By finishing 3rd out of 31 schools in the North District, Asbury will be one of 12 schools to compete in the Alabama FFA Horse Judging finals in June at Auburn.  Team members are Tea Johnson, Nikole Pilkington, Rose Wade, and Madison Terrell.  Tea missed only one question and was the overall high scorer in the state with a 172/175.
